  • PAN Card of the borrower

  • ITR for the past 2 years
  • Bank statements for the past 6 months

Home Loan Eligibility for Salaried Person

As a salaried person, you are eligible for an instant home loan online if you are working in MNC, government organization, private company, public limited company, listed company, unlisted company, partnership, or proprietorship.

Mentioned below are the eligibility criteria for a salaried person to apply for a Home Loan. 

  • Residence: You must be a resident Indian
  • Salary: Salaried applicants must have a minimum salary of 1,20,000 p.a. Self-employed applicants must meet the required criteria for INR 1,80,000 income p.a.
  • Work Experience: Salaried applicants must have a minimum work experience of at least 1 year with at least 6 months in the current organization.
  • CIBIL Score: You must have a CIBIL score of 700 or higher

List of Property Documents Required for Home Loan

  • Original No Objection Certificate issued under the ULC Act, 1976.
  • Approved building plan (showing floor plan for flat purchase).
  • Copy of relative order if agricultural land is being converted.
  • No objection certificate (NOC) from Builder/Housing Society.
  • Detailed estimate of construction cost.
  • Applicable for purchase of land plot, a declaration by loan borrower stipulating the date by which to construct a house.
  • Letter from Society/Builder/Housing Board mentioning their bank and account details, for installment remittance.
  • Report from lawyer as per standard format.
  • Report stating the valuation of property in a standard format by an impaneled valuer.
  • Post closure of loan, documents required for handover of original Property documents
  • Power Of Attorney for collecting original documents of Property.
  • In the event of the demise of the loan borrower:
    • Letter requesting handing over of Property documents from Legal Heir/Nominee(s).
    • Letter relinquishing the right to Legal Heirs/Nominees for Property documents handover.
